i live in southern cal, and moved in to a rental with majore electrical problems,[i found this out after i receaved my first bill] and cal edision is trying to make me pay a 900.00 doller bill left by the preveious tenents. the land lord is non existent and avoids all request and my bill fore this months elect, exceeds 300.00 dollers for a 850 sq ft house with no central air. swamp only. edison cut me off yesterday with out notice pending an investagation. Iv havent been late on a bill in 26 years and now this!. IM NO THEAF! but i cant stand the injustice water and power dole out to
good consumers! [plus i have 400 pounds of prime beef in my deep freez] its only a temp fix till they pull ther heads out. can any one help!
