Fixodent Lawsuit: You Will Find A Denture Cream Lawsuit Based On Zinc Poisoning

There are over 35 million people that wear dentures in the United States alone.  Most are over the age of 55.  Most use denture creams.  This is where the problem comes into play.  Unfortunately, many people are poisoning their bodies and they don't even know it.  There is a denture cream lawsuit for many of the current brands of denture adhesives.  The Fixodent lawsuit is targeted towards the manufacturer of Fixodent.

So why the denture cream lawsuit?  The reason is because of the high levels of zinc found in most denture creams.  Although the human body requires zinc to function correctly, levels of zinc that are too high can cause serious side effects.  Many of these side effects can become serious health conditions.  If you or someone you love had been diagnosed with zinc poisoning, it's time to speak with a denture cream lawsuit attorney, such as a Fixodent lawsuit attorney, and see what your options are.

One of the problems with a high zinc level is that it causes the body to stop absorbing enough copper to function properly.  However, there are many other problems.  Zinc poisoning can cause weakness, numbness in the extremities, anemia, neuropathy, and even paralysis.  While not everyone will be affected the same way, zinc poisoning will require medical treatment.

The cost of those treatments can add up quickly.  So can the hours of missed work.  Some people are not able to return to work at all.  This is where a denture cream lawsuit, such as a Fixodent lawsuit, can help provide the compensation these people deserve.

Unfortunately, most of the denture creams sold on the market today have no warning label warning the consumer of the danger of zinc poisoning.  The tubes don't specify the amount of zinc in the denture cream.  When dentures fit improperly, you are much more likely to experience problems with zinc poisoning and the manufacturers should be held responsible.

If you are interested in more information on the current denture cream lawsuit, including the Fixodent lawsuit, you can contact a lawyer that specializes in malpractices issues.  You will want someone who is aware of how the process goes to tackle the large corporations.

One of the worst things about zinc poisoning that is caused by the use of denture creams is that it affects mainly seniors.  Many seniors are not in good enough health to combat this problem and can end up very ill.  Sometimes, if left untreated, it can mean the end of the life they have grown accustomed to by means of neuropathy or paralysis.

You or your loved ones should not be subject to these types of problems.  Zinc poisoning can also cause episodes of sudden, long lasting pain.  Compensation is due to the people that suffer from these conditions.  This is where the denture cream lawsuit will help.  Even major brands are subject to these lawsuits.  The Fixodent lawsuit is one of several lawsuits that target the primary suppliers of denture creams.

In closing, don't you or your family member deserve to be comfortable, without having to worry about slipping dentures or about zinc poisoning.  It's time that the companies that make these products realize the harm they have caused.  Speak to a Fixodent lawsuit lawyer and know your rights.

How do I talk to my doctor about using opiates for diabetic neuropathy?

I've asked this question a few times, but no one seems to get it. I've tried everything: Gabapentin, Pregabalin, NSAIDs, acetaminophen, foot creams. Nothing else seems to help the painful stabbing in my feet and toes and sometimes my feet are so hot they feel like they're in an oven.

I've done my research and found that Gabapentin (I take 600 mg 3x a day), when combined with an opiate can successfully knock pain levels down for people with diabetic neuropathic pain like I get. The problem is I don't want to go to my doctor asking for opioids or opiates and look like a druggie ... because that stigma certainly exists.

I'm here looking for support. What should I do?

First of all , a doctor that does not treat the pain first is a piss poor excuse for a medical professional. You treat the pain first and then the ailment.
A great non-addicting Opiate is Tramadol. I can stand the pain during the day but at nite , around 5 or 6 o'clock I take 3 capsules (50mg. each) of Tramadol . It lasts all nite , so as to sleep well.

Don't ask .Demand script for tramadol . If he refuses , get a new doctor.
I really feel sorry for us diabetics.I would say only 5 out of a 100 doctors really understand diabetes. Plus many don't care. Get the sheep in and out fast , and charge them to the hilt.

Beleive me Tramadol is great. I buy them 1000 at a time . I live in Thailand. I don't have to ask anyone , I buy over the counter. They cost me about 5 cent a piece. My metformin cost 8/10's of a cent. Also buy them by the thousands.
I take it you are American. Did you know we are 37th in the world for health care . And 50 th in the world for longetivy. What a shame , for all the money spent to greedy doctors and hospitals , insurance companies. A crying shame.
I have a great doctor here in thailand an it costs $4 a visit. My Hba1c is 5.5 , my blood pressure is 118/68 and cholesterol is 183. And no meds for the cholesterol. Plus I'm 67 years old.
Hope this little speech can help you get the courage to get the proper treatment.
