IT does not get less painful but it is faster. The 1st child takes hours of labor.
I wish big hips were the trick but contractions are from the inside.
Multiple births mainly require c-sections, which have alot of anestesia so you dont feel nothing.
After birth the woman has to wait 40 days, im not sure about a c section
