Do you think that the CIA agent that was "Outed" by a member of the Bush Administration get the same as Scootr
Heard on several talk radio talk shows yesterday that they found an e-mail from Valerie Plume (that outed CIA agent) to her supervisor recommending her husband for that job in Niger investigating that "yellow clay' sale to Iraq. Come to find out, she told the Congrssional committee investigating the "outing" that she never recommended her husband for the job.
Since Scotter Libby got 39 months jail time for lying to the committee (he wasn't found to have been the person doing the outing, just lying), shouldn't Ms. Plame get the same sentence?
No, we need to drop it rather then play politics, his sentence was commuted so fine give her the same and put perjury to Congress on her record. Let's grow up/take the high road and NOT put her in jail over this though. Why relive the Democrats game? That's all this was anyway. The Democrats were trying to play little games.
